Contractor Safety Qualification

Signal Restoration Services has implemented a safety qualification scoring system for contractors. We ask that you answer a few safety questions and provide supporting documents. We have implemented this system to:

  • minimize jobsite hazards and risk to contractor and Signal Restoration Services employees
  • minimize impact to project schedule and cost due to injuries and incidents
  • minimize impacts to our client's property
  • maintain a positive, professional image for the contractor and Signal Restoration Services

Who needs to complete this?

Qualification is for contractors that perform high-risk work, such as work at heights, electrical work, environmental abatement or cleanup (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous waste), or use of powered equipment such as forklifts and manlifts.

Contractors performing lower-risk work are generally exempt: consultants, inspectors, and general support services such as garbage collection, portable toilet service, and supplies delivery.
